• Work closely with international service provider regarding the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, standing as a vendor manager
  
  
• Cooperate with other teams, such as “Procurement” to ensure best practice and timely approval of purchase orders or “Taxes”, “Controlling” and “Purchasing”

• Deliver improvements in the P2P area, both automating and streamlining processes
  
  
• Central person of contact for invoice differences in consultation with external service provider and quality assurance of the invoice flow overall (legal and tax requirement)

• Years of experience in working in a comparable position as well as a central person of contact for the P2P process
  
  
• Professional in German tax, capable of documenting procedures in a concise format for guidance
  
  
• Strives for ‘right first time’ approach, using commercial acumen to engage with relevant stakeholders
  
  
• Very secure handling of the common MS Office applications and SAP
  
  
• Business level English skills
