• Managing transportation flows both Inbound and Outbound to achieve service level goals, requirements and expectations

• Managing the administration and workload associated with Transportation

• Working with Management Team in the development of new processes to achieve service excellence

• Performing additional tasks and assignments as directed by Management

• As the interface between our customers and DHL, you are in close daily contact with DHL as a service provider in order to answer internal customer inquiries as quickly as possible

• You will provide your expertise to Supply & Demand operational teams

• You will develop and maintain competencies of Supply & Demand Community

• You provide expertise & support to Supply & Demand operators on processes & tools

• You will be responsible for developing fast, creative and straightforward solutions for the transport service, i.e. working with DHL and internal customers to develop solution options and various variants and presenting them accordingly

• You will be able to build up a strong network and to use it here

• You have an eye for process optimization and for our strategy and you enjoy developing and optimizing new processes and contributing your ideas to the team

• You will perform Supply & Demand costing activities (X to cost approach). For that you are very accurate and have an affinity for numbers and auditing invoices. You are able to compare target and actual costs and to clarify discrepancies.

• You will manage outsourced activities (Work specifications, follow-up of deliverables) Master, control, optimize E2E Supply & Demand processes & tools

• You will lead and contribute to Supply & Demand cross-functional and/or transnational improvement projects

• You will define and develope Supply & Demand Standards & Innovations, Processes, Methods and Tools, and ensure adherence to Processes

• You perform a flow analysis and eliminate nonvalue added activities

• You define Supply & Demand master data management rules and take appropriate actions to secure data accuracy

• Contributing to design and implementation of the most optimised logistics solutions

• You create training material and perform Training

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Logistikbereich

• Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Transportmanagement oder vergleichbares

• Kenntnisse in der Fracht-Logistik im Luftfahrt-Bereich

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Tools: MS-Office, SAP
