• Ensure high quality project planning by developing and updating the integrated project schedule, including resource and cost planning

• Create and analyse plausibility, completeness and consistency of project performance baselines (e.g. WBS and schedule), assure the relevant links both internal and external

• Perform and monitor the Risk- & Opportunity Management within the Programme MilSys with regular risk reviews and monitoring of mitigation actions

• Monitor the status and proactively identify key issues and proposing preventive and corrective actions regarding activities, milestones, interdependencies, critical path, work progress, resource availability, action status, risk and opportunity status and costs

• Preparation of project reports tailored to dedicated target groups, showing core messages, alerts and trends based on indicators (e.g. KPIs)

• Support the preparation of project reviews and Maturity Gates

• Maintain and support the spreading of a professional performance level in project management, as well as the applied consistent basis of tools and procedures

• Collaboration and sharing best practices within the PMO community of A400M and other Airbus entities
  
  

• Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in Projekt- und Risikomanagement

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, sowie gute Deutsch- und Spanischkenntnisse

• Tools: MS Office, MS-Project
