Start today as a Team Lead for our client’s Data Center for a brighter future. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support one of our clients in Nuremberg. Your tasks are, but are not limited to, taking care of the Incident Management as well as the management of capacity and performance of systems and any other components (proactively). You will be based in Nuremberg and working remotely with our client’s Data Centers globally. Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Incident resolution and management

  • Implementation of any changes and managing them
      
  • Installation of new versions and patches

  • Acting as a close point of contact during operative work

  • Supplier management for incident related communication

  • Documentation of executed tasks in a ticket tool

  • Supporting the planning and implementation process of projects/new designs

Wir wünschen uns:
  • Experience in using a Data Center Infrastructure Management tool (preferably FNT Command)

  • Skilled in system monitoring and incident management (including related vendor management)

  • Experience in Data Center day to day operations (on a global scale) with on premise and remote Data Center

  • Experience in creating/maintaining KPIs for the Data Center Infrastructure

  • Knowledge of and experience in using multiple hardware products and vendors, including Dell, EMC, Cisco

  • (Basic) skills/knowledge in cooling, air-conditioning, and building technology and of server OS (MS, Unix), networking, storage and backup as well as ITIL

  • Fluent in German and English
